01Before your invite
Changed your mind? You get a full refund, no questions asked. Reply to any email from us, or contact us with the email you paid with.
02After your invite
Once your invite arrives, the seat is yours and can’t be refunded, except where the law requires it. Something not working for you? Write anyway, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
03How refunds work
- The full $60 goes back to the card you paid with.
- It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You’ll get an email confirming it, and your seat goes to someone else.
04If Otley doesn’t launch
If we can’t open Otley to everyone, we’ll refund every Early Access seat in full, without you having to ask.
05Your rights
This policy adds to your rights under the law where you live. It never takes them away.
